Set goals for the completion of each section of the plan. It shouldn’t take you more than 30 days to create your business plan. Pick a date 30 days out and work backwards assigning each section of the plan a start and end date.
News Flash … Start the process by creating the section of the business plan you find the easiest. You know your product/service inside and out, or at least you should, so the product/service description is a snap to write.

Another option is to talk with other business owners in the same business but in a different market so you don’t compete. From agriculture to zoology , there is a niche publication for nearly every industry. Editors usually welcome questions . provide back issues or point you in the right direction for your research.
