Profit Dynamics Inc. founded by Brian Hill and Dee Power in 1987 and located in Fountain Hills, Arizona (just outside Phoenix), is a research and consulting firm. The company focuses on entrepreneurs, small and mid-sized companies, and has assisted in the preparation and review of hundreds of business plans.
Over the last fifteen years, Hill and Power have conducted extensive research on venture capital, private equity/angel investors and entrepreneurs. That research is the basis for their two books, "Attracting Capital From Angels" and "Inside Secrets To Venture Capital"

About the Authors
Brian E. Hill has a Master's Degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in finance. He has worked for a large financial institution, a diversified natural resource firm and a hospitality company.
He has advised several hundred companies across the US, specializing in business planning and finding capital. He has written articles and has been interviewed as an expert in the venture capital industry for numerous publications including Smart Money, BusinessWeek online, and Business Journals in several major cities.
Five years ago, he became a full-time writer of nonfiction and fiction books, as well as screenplays. He has studied screenwriting at UCLA-Extension and won 2nd Place in the 2005 Phoenix Film Festival Screenwriting Competition.
Dee Power also has an M.B.A degree. She has worked as a financial executive for the Governor's Office of Arizona, a retail firm and a major hospitality organization.
